Foods best for my skin and hair

I personally suggest you to eat anything in red, yellow, orange and green colour. It can be a fruit or vegetable. Foods in these colours are very much rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants help you to fight the free radicals produced as a result of oxidative stress in the body. Don’t worry about missing the protein if you are a vegetarian. There are plenty of vegetables, pulses and nuts which are rich in protein and other essential vitamins and minerals essential for the body. If you are a meat lover I recommend you to eat fish which is rich in protein and essential fatty acids rather than the red meat. A good news for chocolate lovers, if you love to indulge you can have a bite of dark chocolate which is also rich source of antioxidants and also releases the happy hormones ( endorphins ).
